          User Permissions Needed
To create an app: Create CRM Analytics Apps
          1. On the home page, click Create.
          2. Select App.
          3. Click Create Blank App, and then click Continue.
To start from a template, see Create Apps from CRM Analytics Templates.
          4. Enter the name of your app, and click Create.
Your app is created and displayed in a new tab. You can now save lenses, dashboards, and datasets in the app.
            Note
Note App names have a 40 character limit.
          5. Click the Details sub-tab.
          6. Add a description of the app’s purpose and contents so that your colleagues understand how to use the data.
            1. Click the pencil icon in the description field.
            2. Type a description.
              The description is automatically saved.
          7. Change the app’s default icon to make it easier to distinguish from other apps.
            1. Click the default icon.
            2. Select an icon from the gallery.
The new icon is automatically saved.
          Important
Important When users are deactivated, they lose share and delete access to all apps they manage. To avoid "stranding" an app, be sure that manager access is assigned to at least one active user BEFORE deactivating the user who's the manager of the app.
