          Share an App

          To enable others to see a lens, dashboard, or dataset, one way to share is by sharing the app it’s in.

          Required Editions

          Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
          Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition.
          User Permissions Needed
          To share an app: Use CRM Analytics and Manager access to the app
          1. On the app page, click the Share button.
          2. On the Give Access tab:
            1. Choose whether you’re sharing the app with a user, group, or role.
            2. Start typing the name and select from the suggested matches.
            3. Choose the level of sharing access: Viewer, Editor, or Manager.
            4. Click Add.
            5. Click Save, then click Done.
          Important
          Important When users are deactivated, they lose share and delete access to all apps they manage. To avoid "stranding" an app, be sure that manager access is assigned to at least one active user BEFORE deactivating the user who's the manager of the app.
