            Considerations and Limitations for Downloading CRM Analytics Dashboards as Documents (Beta)

            Keep these considerations and limitations in mind when downloading CRM Analytics dashboards as documents.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

            Considerations

            • The downloaded document shows the dashboard exactly as you view it, including applied filters and the active page.
            • To capture your current view, a temporary shared saved view is created before the download starts.
            • UI downloads default to screenshot only (includeData = false). Manual URL route downloads default to including data pages (includeData = true).
            • Data-heavy downloads take a few moments. After you select the download option, check your Downloads folder.

            Limitations

            • The PDF download option appears only for dashboard asset types.
            • If a widget is scrollable, the download captures only its visible area.
            • UI-based downloads capture only the open page.
            • Print and download actions aren't available for embedded dashboards.
            • Table data sometimes truncates in the generated PDF.
