Enable Actions for CRM Analytics Lenses and Dashboards
Let users take action on insights directly from CRM Analytics. Add actions to charts and tables in lenses and dashboards.
You can enable object-specific actions and global actions that you previously defined on Salesforce objects directly from CRM Analytics. Lens and dashboard viewers can invoke these actions to create, update, and interact with Salesforce records. For example, you can enable actions that let users create cases, update accounts, and post to Chatter.
After enabling actions for a specific dimension, viewers can choose to view all available actions for the dimension when they click records in that dimension column.

As you gain insights into your business from CRM Analytics, you sometimes perform actions on an underlying Salesforce record. No need to exit CRM Analytics. You can invoke a Salesforce action on the record directly from CRM Analytics. You can also open web pages, such as search the web for the company name listed in a CRM Analytics lens or dashboard. - Perform Bulk Actions on Multiple Salesforce Records from CRM Analytics
Sometimes, you need to perform the same action on a group of records. With CRM Analytics bulk actions, you can perform an action on all records shown in a table in CRM Analytics. - Configure Mass Quick Actions on Multiple Salesforce Records from CRM Analytics Dashboards
Sometimes users want to perform the same quick action on a list of records. With CRM Analytics mass actions, users can save time by performing a quick action on up to 100 records at once from a step in CRM Analytics.
