          Take action on your insights directly from CRM Analytics. Perform custom and mass quick actions from charts and tables in lenses and dashboards.

          Required Editions

          Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
          Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition.
          User Permissions Needed
          To use custom actions menus: “Use CRM Analytics”

          Perform object-specific actions and global actions that are defined on Salesforce objects directly from CRM Analytics. You can invoke these actions to create, update, and interact with Salesforce records. For example, you can create cases, update accounts, and post to Chatter. You can also use defined List View actions to perform mass quick actions on up to 100 Salesforce records at once.
