Basic CRM Analytics Direct Data for Data 360 Setup
Using CRM Analytics Direct Data for Data 360 requires the appropriate licenses, org and user account setup, and permissions assigned to user accounts.
License Requirements
To access CRM Analytics Direct Data for Data 360 functionality in CRM Analytics, the following licenses must be provisioned in the same Salesforce org.
- CRM Analytics Plus license or CRM Analytics Growth license
- Data 360 license

Enable CRM Analytics Direct Data for Data 360
- Set up Data 360 in your Salesforce org.
- Assign Users Data 360 Permission sets.
- Assign Users CRM Analytics Permissions.
- Select the CRM Analytics Plus User or CRM Analytics Growth User permission sets for users to view data insights in CRM Analytics Direct Data.
- Enable the Create and Edit CRM Analytics Dashboards permission for users to build dashboards and create insights in CRM Analytics Direct Data for Data 360.
