Use Text Clustering to Analyze Unstructured Data

Text clustering reduces unstructured data to its top keywords and enables you to quickly reveal hidden insights and improve decision making.

Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition.
User Permissions Needed
To configure text fields in a model: Create and Update Einstein Discovery Models
  1. In Model Settings, select a variable that contains unstructured data, such as comments, and click Text Clustering from the Transform dropdown menu.

  2. Click Train Model. Return to Model Settings after the update is complete to review the identified keyword clusters in the table and chart.

  3. Use the search window to locate specific keyword instances.
