Edit or Delete CRM Analytics Widget Subscriptions in Experience Cloud Sites (Beta)
You can update the schedule and filters for your subscriptions or permanently delete them when they are no longer needed. Updates to subscriptions ensure you continue to receive the most relevant data insights in your Experience Cloud site.
- Log in to your Experience Cloud site, and go to the My Subscriptions page.

To update an existing subscription.
- From the subscription's dropdown menu, select Edit.
- Update the title, frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), or delivery time.
- To change the specific data view sent in the update, modify any filter overrides.
- Click Save.

To temporarily stop receiving updates.
- From the subscription's dropdown menu, select Pause.
- To restart the updates, click the dropdown again and select Resume.

To permanently remove a subscription.
- From the subscription's dropdown menu, select Delete.
- Click Delete again in the confirmation window.
Note When you delete a subscription, it can't be restored. To receive updates for that asset again, go to the original dashboard and create a new dashboard widget subscription .
