Depending on the device and the embedding option, you can perform these actions from an embedded CRM Analytics dashboard.

Embedded CRM Analytics dashboards have these limitations.
- Dashboards can’t be created, updated, or deleted.
- The app navigation menu isn’t available.
- Full-screen presentation mode isn’t available.
- Sharing options don’t include Give Access, Get URL, printing, or posting the link to a dashboard.
- Annotations and conversational exploration aren’t available.
- The charts don’t include hover-over information (tooltips).
- Some filters, such as date selectors, are difficult to set.
An embedded dashboard uses the Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework in Lightning Experience. Use the native CRM Analytics Dashboard (LWC) component for seamless integration into your Lightning Experience or Experience Cloud pages. The Aura CRM Analytics Dashboard component is still supported.

- Embed Dashboards in Lightning Pages
Add LWC or Aura CRM Analytics dashboards to Lightning home pages, record pages, and app home pages to provide interactive visualizations of your data. Users can drill down and explore the dashboard within a Lightning page. - Share CRM Analytics in Experience Cloud Sites
With CRM Analytics in Experience Cloud sites, external users can view apps shared with them via CRM Analytics dashboards embedded in their site. You can embed dashboards using Experience Builder or Visualforce pages. - Add a Analytics Dashboard to a Visualforce Page
By embedding a Analytics dashboard into a Visualforce page, you can provide an interactive presentation of your data. Users can drill in and explore the dashboard within the frame on the Visualforce page or in a new window in Analytics. - Allow Trusted Sites for Embedded Dashboards
Embed CRM Analytics in any web page or web-based app. By specifying your trusted sites in the CRM Analytics allowlist, you can include embedded CRM Analytics dashboards in websites and apps outside of Salesforce servers. - Filter and Selection Syntax for Embedded Dashboards
To specify filters or dashboard selections that require JSON strings, use the Filter attribute of the LWC CRM Analytics Dashboard component or the Filter String attribute of the embedded CRM Analytics Dashboard Aura component.
