            Set Recipe Notifications

            Get notified when your scheduled recipe runs.

            Required Editions

            Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
            Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition.
            User Permissions Needed
            To set a recipe notification: Edit CRM Analytics Dataflows, Edit Dataset Recipes, OR View Dataset Recipes
            1. In data manager, click the Recipes tab.
            2. Click the triangle Actions button to the right of the recipe name, and select Notification.
            3. In the Notify Me About picklist, select what you want to be notified about. You can choose Warnings, Failures, No Events (Never) or All Events.
            4. To receive a notification when the run takes longer than the specified time, select Elapsed time notification, and then select the number of hours and minutes.
              Note
              Note By default, email notifications are sent only to the person setting the notifications. Other users with the Edit CRM Analytics Dataflows or Edit Dataset Recipes permission can set up their own notifications.
