Export your CRM Analytics recipe schedules as calendar format (ICS) for quick reference and visibility in your calendar. For instance,
share a recipe's run schedule with stakeholders in other teams to coordinate data readiness and reporting deadlines.
Required Editions
Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in
Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in
Developer Edition.
User Permissions Needed
To schedule a recipe:
Edit Dataset Recipes
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Analytics, and then
select Settings.
Select Allow users to export recipe schedules and then save your changes.
In Data Manager, select the Recipes tab.
Click the dropdown to the right of the recipe name, and select Export
Schedule.
This exports the schedule in ICS format to your default browser download folder. Open the
ICS file to add it to your calendar.
