            Download and Upload Recipes

            Download and upload your recipe as a JSON file.

            Required Editions

            Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
            Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. available in Developer Edition.
            User Permissions Needed
            To download or upload a recipe Edit CRM Analytics Dataflows OR Edit Dataset Recipes
            Note
            Note Only upload recipe JSON files if you’re an experienced user. Uploading an invalid JSON file can break the recipe, making it unable to render in the recipe editor.
            1. In Data Manager, click the Recipes tab.
            2. Click the dropdown Actions button to the right of the recipe name, and select Download or Upload.
            3. Selecting Download exports the recipe as JSON to your default browser download folder.
            4. Selecting Upload prompts you about overwriting the existing recipe.
              1. Click Continue to proceed.
              2. Use the folder explorer to select the recipe JSON file to upload and click Open.
                If the file fails to upload, the recipe isn't overwritten.
