          To view visualizations: Use CRM Analytics

          To set up CRM Analytics to explore data using conversations, complete the following steps.

          1. From Setup, enter Analytics in the Quick Find box, then select Settings.
          2. Select Enable Conversational Exploration.
          3. Click Save.
