          Subscribe to CRM Analytics Dashboard Widgets in Experience Cloud Sites (Beta)

          Subscribe to dashboard widgets embedded in your Experience Cloud site to receive regular updates via email or portal notifications. Each subscription captures the state of the asset with any filters or selections that you applied, ensuring that you see the metrics most relevant to you.

          Note Dashboard Widget Subscriptions in Experience Cloud Sites is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
          User Permissions Needed
          To subscribe to CRM Analytics dashboard widgets in Experience Cloud sites Use Subscription Emails

          Depending on the type of portal user, assign one of these permission sets.

          • For partner users, assign the Analytics Cloud - Wave Community Users permission set.
          • For customers, assign the CRM Analytics For Community Logins or CRM Analytics For Community Members permission set.

          Standard permission sets for community users don't include the Use Subscription Emails permission. To download, share, view, and subscribe to CRM Analytics dashboard widgets in Experience Cloud sites, admins must create a custom permission set along with the required system permissions.

          Note Contact your account executive if you can't access the Use Subscription Emails permission.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Analytics, and then click Settings. Select Enable Subscriptions for Experience Cloud Users (Beta).
          2. Log in to your Experience Cloud site, and in the dashboard settings, select Enable Subscriptions.
          3. Open a CRM Analytics dashboard.
            To create a personalized view before subscribing to a widget, apply any dashboard filters or selectors.
          4. From the dashboard widget actions, click Subscribe.
          5. Select a frequency of Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, and choose the time of day.
            Subscription emails are sent based on your local time zone.
          6. To receive a snapshot and data summary to your mail, select Email. Or, to receive an alert directly in your Experience Cloud site notification feed, select Portal Notification.
          7. Enter a title for the subscription and click Save.
            Note
            Note Community users can subscribe to widgets only if you share the dashboards with the community. To share a dashboard, place the dashboard and related assets in an app and share the app with community members.
