Upgrade the Adoption Analytics App
Access new features and enhancements by upgrading to the latest version of the app.

- On the Adoption Analytics app’s home page, click New version available.
- Read the release note about the new version, and then click Looks good, upgrade.

Enter the number of days of data, from 2 through 365, that you want CRM Analytics to
store to use in the Adoption Analytics app.
To prevent a user’s data from being retained, add the user’s 18-character Salesforce ID to the GDPR_Legal_Compute node in the dataflow.
- If your org doesn’t use user roles, set Remove UserRole dependencies to Yes.
- Click Looks good, next.
- Upgrading the app overwrites customizations. To retain your customizations, select Create new app and keep your previous version. If you select Upgrade current app, you lose your customizations but CRM Analytics retains the historical log data in the WaveChange dataset.
- If you select Create new app, give your app a name, and click Create New.
- If you select Upgrade current app, confirm that you want to overwrite the current version, and then click Upgrade app.
