Requirements for Analytics for Communications - Order Tracking Data
Before you create the Analytics for Communications - Order Tracking app, ensure that your data meets these specific requirements. Otherwise, the data fails the CRM Analytics check and you see an error message.

Import data from an external source for the metrics to appear in relevant dashboards. Follow the steps to import data from an external source to the Analytics for Communications - Order Tracking App.
- Create a dataset with the following fields using your external SOM data, in this order,
with these exact names. Field names are case-sensitive.
- Sub Order Number
- Orchestration Item
- Service Order Number
- Service Order Status
- Service Order Jeopardy Status
- Service Order Task ID
- Service Order Task Name
- Service Order Task Type
- Service Order Task Status
- Service Order Task Jeopardy Status
- Service Order Task Start TS
The next time the dataflow for your app runs, CRM Analytics adds this data to relevant dashboards.
