Assign Customer Insights Permissions
Assign permissions to let users administer and view the Customer Insights app.
Required Editions
| Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition. Requires a CRM Analytics Growth or CRM Analytics Plus license. |

Assign Permissions to Admins
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Click the name of the user.
- Click Permission Set Assignments, and then click Edit Assignments.
- Select the CRM Analytics Plus Admin permission set.
- Click Add, and save your changes.
- Repeat these steps for each user who administers the Customer Insights app.
Assign Permissions to Users
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Click the name of the user.
- Click Permission Set Assignments, and then click Edit Assignments.
- Select the CRM Analytics Plus User permission set.
- Click Add, and save your changes.
- Repeat these steps for each user who views the Customer Insights app.
