          Add a Customer Insights Dashboard to a Page

          Get the insights that you use most by embedding a Customer Insights dashboard in a page.

          Required Editions

          Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition. Requires a CRM Analytics Growth or CRM Analytics Plus license.
          Permission Sets Needed
          To create and manage the app: Manage CRM Analytics Templated Apps
          To use CRM Analytics template apps: Use CRM Analytics Templated Apps

          Embed the Accounts Dashboard

          1. On the Accounts tab, click the Setup icon, and select Edit Page.
          2. From the Components menu on the left, select the CRM Analytics dashboard and drag it onto your dashboard.
          3. In the right panel, select the Accounts Embedded dashboard.
          4. Change the height to an appropriate size.
            A height of 620 is recommended.
          5. Click Add Dashboard Filter.
          6. Add the Case, Opportunity, and Activity datasets.
            1. For each dataset, select Account ID Embed.
            2. For the operator, select Equals.
            3. Click Select, to open Select Object Field, and select Account ID.
            4. Click Done, and then click OK.
          7. Deselect Show Title and Show Header.
          8. Save your changes.

          Embed the Case Dashboard

          1. On the Cases tab, click the Setup icon, and select Edit Page.
          2. From the Components menu on the left, select the CRM Analytics dashboard and drag it onto your dashboard.
          3. In the right panel, select the Case Embedded dashboard.
          4. Change the height to an appropriate size.
            A height of 240 is recommended.
          5. Click Add Dashboard Filter.
          6. Add the Account, Case, CaseHistory, and Opportunity datasets.
            1. For the Account, Case, and Opportunity dataset, select Account ID and for CaseHistory select CaseID.
            2. For the operator, select Equals.
            3. Click Select, to open Select Object Field, and select Account ID.
            4. Click Done, and then click OK.
          7. Deselect Show Title and Show Header.
          8. Save your changes.

          Embed the Opportunity Dashboard

          1. On the Opportunities tab, click the Setup icon, and select Edit Page.
          2. From the Components menu on the left, select the CRM Analytics dashboard and drag it onto your dashboard.
          3. In the right panel, select the Opportunity Embedded dashboard.
          4. Change the height to an appropriate size.
            A height of 85 is recommended.
          5. Click Add Dashboard Filter.
          6. Add the Case, Opportunity, OpportunityHistory, and Activity datasets.
            1. For
              • Case select Account ID Embed
              • Opportunity select Opportunity ID Embed
              • OpportunityHistory select Opportunity ID Embed
              • Activity select OppID_Embed
            2. For the operator, select Equals.
            3. Click Select, to open Select Object Field, and for
              • Case select Account ID
              • Opportunity select Opportunity ID
              • OpportunityHistory select Opportunity ID
              • Activity select Opportunity ID
            4. Click Done, and then click OK.
          7. Deselect Show Title and Show Header.
          8. Save your changes.
