Add a Customer Insights Dashboard to a Page
Get the insights that you use most by embedding a Customer Insights dashboard in a page.
Required Editions
| Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition. Requires a CRM Analytics Growth or CRM Analytics Plus license. |

Embed the Accounts Dashboard
- On the Accounts tab, click the Setup icon, and select Edit Page.
- From the Components menu on the left, select the CRM Analytics dashboard and drag it onto your dashboard.
- In the right panel, select the Accounts Embedded dashboard.

Change the height to an appropriate size.
A height of 620 is recommended.
- Click Add Dashboard Filter.

Add the Case, Opportunity, and Activity datasets.
- For each dataset, select Account ID Embed.
- For the operator, select Equals.
- Click Select, to open Select Object Field, and select Account ID.
- Click Done, and then click OK.
- Deselect Show Title and Show Header.
- Save your changes.
Embed the Case Dashboard
- On the Cases tab, click the Setup icon, and select Edit Page.
- From the Components menu on the left, select the CRM Analytics dashboard and drag it onto your dashboard.
- In the right panel, select the Case Embedded dashboard.

Change the height to an appropriate size.
A height of 240 is recommended.
- Click Add Dashboard Filter.

Add the Account, Case, CaseHistory, and Opportunity datasets.
- For the Account, Case, and Opportunity dataset, select Account ID and for CaseHistory select CaseID.
- For the operator, select Equals.
- Click Select, to open Select Object Field, and select Account ID.
- Click Done, and then click OK.
- Deselect Show Title and Show Header.
- Save your changes.
Embed the Opportunity Dashboard
- On the Opportunities tab, click the Setup icon, and select Edit Page.
- From the Components menu on the left, select the CRM Analytics dashboard and drag it onto your dashboard.
- In the right panel, select the Opportunity Embedded dashboard.

Change the height to an appropriate size.
A height of 85 is recommended.
- Click Add Dashboard Filter.

Add the Case, Opportunity, OpportunityHistory, and Activity datasets.
