          • New—First-time donors for the current year.
          • Recaptured—Lapsed donors who gave again in the current year.
          • Upgraded—Donors who gave more in the current year than in the previous year.
          • Same—Donors who gave the same amount as in the previous year.
          • Downgraded—Donors who gave less than in the previous year.
          • Lapsed new—First-time donors in the previous year who didn’t give in the current year.
          • Lapsed repeat—Donors who gave in the previous and prior years but not in the current year.
