          Create the Sentiment Analysis Data Assets

          Follow these steps to create sentiment analysis data assets to quickly detect sentiments from your customers.

          1. In Data Manager, select the Data Templates tab to open the template gallery for data templates.
          2. Locate the Sentiment Analysis tile, select it, and click Next.
          3. Answer the questions in configuration wizard.
            1. Choose the source object for sentiment analysis. The default source object is the Case object.
            2. Choose a text field from the source object to run the sentiment analysis on.
            3. Select up to 20 additional fields from the source object to add to the dataset. These fields provide additional information for each dataset entry.
          4. Name your data app, add an optional description for more information, and click Create.
          Note
          Note The use of “data app” is a reference to the collection of data assets created by the template.

          The data asset creation process takes some time to complete. You can view your app in progress on the Auto-Installed Apps page. To view this page, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Auto-Installed Apps, and then select Auto-Installed Apps. For more information on the Auto-Installed Apps page, see Monitor, Update, and Delete Auto-Installed Apps.

          You can view detailed app creation information on the App Install History page. To view this page, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter App Install History, and then select App Install History. Use the filter The filter control to select the template type to display. to select Data Templates.
