          Get Started Using CRM Analytics

          With just a few clicks, you can run CRM Analytics apps, dashboards, and lenses.

          • Learn What You Can Do with CRM Analytics
            Introduce yourself to the CRM Analytics way of data exploration.
          • Open CRM Analytics
            Access all your analytics from the Analytics tab within Salesforce. Alternatively, go to your home page by opening the app menu or App Launcher in the Salesforce header and then finding and opening CRM Analytics Studio.
          • Unify, Find, and Manage Your Analytics
            Your analytics are now together in an intuitive and personalized home page that you can experience in Analytics Studio and the Analytics Tab. On this centralized home page, you can see the latest changes for your CRM Analytics assets, and dashboards and reports. You can also customize the home page with items you build for quick access, along with better organization, and a powerful search experience.
          • Curate and Share Insights with Collections
            Collections enable you to curate analytics to create a more personalized experience that makes it easier to find and use the information that matters most to you. Your analytics can be drawn from different apps and folders into a single collection that brings together all items in one place. In addition, collections can be used to personalize the home page and save you time and effort in finding the information you need.
          • View, Collaborate, and Take Action from Einstein CRM Analytics
            View conversational explorations of your data, and personalize your CRM Analytics experience with saved dashboard views. Collaborate with features such as notifications, annotations, presentation mode, and downloading filtered data from CRM Analytics. Use custom menus in lenses and dashboards to take action in Salesforce directly from CRM Analytics.
