Agentforce for Analytics is a collection of pre-built agentic capabilities, Concierge, Data Pro, and Inspector, that streamline data model creation and management, deliver personalized, contextual insights, and proactively alert users about data conditions they care about.
- Concierge: Analytics Q&A
- Business users can ask freeform questions about analytics assets (such as metrics and dashboards) based on a semantic model to get trusted answers from their data in rich text and visualizations.
- Data Pro: Preparation and Modeling
- Analytics and data stewards can conversationally curate and create semantic objects and analytic assets when authoring a semantic model.
- Inspector: Proactive Alerts
- Business users can conversationally set up alerts to trigger on the conditions they set on the metrics they care about, and receive proactive and intelligent notifications on them.
How Concierge, Data Pro, and Inspector work together
Concierge provides users insights into your data conversationally. It needs well-structured and described data to provide accurate and relevant insights. Data Pro helps analysts create well-defined semantic models so your analytics agent can understand the data and answer questions with confidence. Inspector uses Concierge’s data analysis to help users effortlessly set up contextual data alerts.
Concierge, Data Pro, and Inspector topics and actions are available through the Analytics and Visualization template in Agentforce Studio. This Agentforce Employee Agent (AEA) template is a default, pre-built framework provided by the Agentforce platform to help organizations quickly deploy agents for their internal employees.
