Use Dashboard Templates from the Marketplace
When designing dashboards, you can start with a blank dashboard or you can use an out-of-the-box dashboard template to decrease your design lift. Tableau Next dashboard templates provide layouts tailored to your data and how you want to present it.

Access your org’s Tableau Next Marketplace from any workspace when you add a new dashboard. The Marketplace gives you the choice to create a blank dashboard or create dashboards from the prebuilt layout templates. Any dashboard templates shared by other analysts are also available for selection.
These templates are designed to start working with semantic data models and their metrics. For more information about creating models and metrics, see Create Semantic Models and Define Metrics. After you create your dashboard, you can make any customizations you want, including adding visualizations, actions, and other dashboard functionality.
