            Share precise dashboard information with users by creating custom views. These saved views allow quick access to specific data configurations without needing to reset filters and settings repeatedly.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit Tableau Next dashboards: Tableau Unmetered Platform Analyst or Tableau Next Platform Analyst permission set
            Note
            Note Custom views don't change the underlying data.
            1. Apply the specific dashboard filters you need for your custom view.
            2. Save the dashboard with the filter selections.
            3. Select Share then distribute the copied link.
