Create an Inspector Proactive Data Alert for a Tableau Next Metric (Beta)
Get proactive alerts about important changes to your Tableau Next metrics. Ask Agentforce to send alerts for specific events, such as when a metric exceeds a certain value or a metric is outside of the expected range. After you ask Agentforce to alert you about a metric, Inspector data alerts are sent to channels set by your admin, such as desktop and mobile.

Note Inspector Proactive Data Alerts in Tableau Next is a pilot or beta
service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by
Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta
service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
To use data alerts, your admin must enable Agentforce for Analytics and Inspector: Proactive Data Alerts.
Select the Analytics and Visualizations agent from the top of the
Agentforce pane in Tableau Next.
Click into a metric from your Tableau Next Following page.
From the metric page, click the Agentforce icon to open the Agentforce window.
Using natural language, tell Agentforce what type of event you want to be alerted about. For example, you could type: “Alert me when this metric is above 20K.”
After Agentforce repeats the conditions for the alert, reply to Agentforce to confirm you want alerts for the event.
To view and manage your data alerts, select Manage Data Alerts (Beta)
from the Tableau next following page. From the Manage Alerts window, you can select
Run Alert to have Agentforce check the conditions of a data alert at any
time.
