Receive Inspector Proactive Data Alerts in Tableau Next (Beta)

Your users can ask Agentforce to send them Inspector data alerts when a metric meets specific conditions. Inspector checks the conditions up to once per day, and if the conditions are met, a notification is sent to channels chosen by your admin. To enable data alerts, add the Data Analysis and Data Alert Management topics to the Analytics and Visualization template in Agentforce Builder, and then choose which channels (desktop and mobile) the alerts are sent to.

  Add the Data Analysis and Data Alert Management subagents, so Agentforce can analyze Tableau Next metrics and send you alerts about them.

  Admins can choose which channels data alerts are sent to. When a user asks Agentforce to send them an alert when a metric meets a specified condition, Inspector sends a notification to the channels selected.
• Create an Inspector Proactive Data Alert for a Tableau Next Metric (Beta)
  Get proactive alerts about important changes to your Tableau Next metrics. Ask Agentforce to send alerts for specific events, such as when a metric exceeds a certain value or a metric is outside of the expected range. After you ask Agentforce to alert you about a metric, Inspector data alerts are sent to channels set by your admin, such as desktop and mobile.
• Manage Inspector Proactive Data Alerts for Tableau Next Metrics (Beta)
  When you receive a data alert, you can view the alert, manage the alert, or ask a follow-up question by clicking the notification. Depending on the channels chosen by your admin, you can receive alerts to desktop and mobile. After you create an Inspector data alert, you can delete the alert if you no longer want to be notified about these types of events.
• Get Inspector Proactive Data Alerts for Tableau Next (Beta) in Slack
  When you create Inspector data alerts, your alerts appear in the notifications menu in Tableau Next. And after you install the Agentforce app in Slack, you also receive Inspector alerts in Slack. For example, you can ask Agentforce to notify you when a metric reaches a specified value or increases by a specified percentage. Or you can ask Agentforce to alert you every day about a metric’s value. When the condition is met, Inspector sends an alert to Tableau Next and Slack with insights about what contributed to the change.
