Export Your Catalog as a CSV File

Export Your Catalog as a CSV File

A CSV file provides merchandisers with an easy to read and edit view of their exported catalogs.

          Required Editions

          Available in: B2C Commerce

Customize which data attributes to include in the export.

          1. Click App Launcher App Launcher, and then select Merchant Tools | Site | Products and Catalogs | Import & Export.
          2. Under Catalogs, select Export.
          3. Select a catalog and enter a name for the file in the Export File field.
          4. Select Also export as a CSV file.
            The Attributes section opens.
          5. Select which Locale and Site to download your catalog from.
This determines which version of localizable and site-specific values are in your file.
          6. Select whether your report includes columns with product set, variation product, and variation group IDs.
          7. Select which data attributes you want in your file. Each attribute is a separate column.
          8. Click Export Entire Catalog or Export Specific Products.
On the Products and Catalogs Import & Export page, both files show in the Status section.
