Product Attributes
Product attribute definitions specify the product attributes that appear in the storefront when the product is accessed through a category. This topic applies to B2C Commerce.
For example, a digital camera has both photographic and digital characteristics. In addition to general attributes that apply to all products, the camera has camera-related and digital-related attributes. The camera also has internal attributes that don't appear on the storefront. In this example, you assign the camera phone to the Photography and the Digital Products categories.
For each category, you define the attributes that appear when the product is found via search or navigation using the Camera category.
