UUID Tokens Switched to JWT Access Tokens
As previously announced in June 2023, Account Manager no longer supports the use of UUID token formats. All new API Clients only support the JWT access token format.
Starting mid January 2024, API clients that continue to use the UUID access token format will be automatically switched to the JWT token format. Salesforce will time access token switching using a staggered approach. Anytime during this process, you can switch your API client to the JWT token format. When an API client is switched to JWT, Account manager contact users, if set, are notified by email. For more information see Time to switch to JWT Access Tokens.
