Control Product Qualification with New System Attribute
Control which products can qualify for your promotions. With this option you can prevent a product that already qualified for a higher-ranking promotion from qualifying for your current promotion. This attribute affects class-exclusive promotions only.
How: You can set this option in Business Manager or through promotion import. Add <prevent-requlaifying-flag> tag in respective promotion.xml file.
