Augment the Customer Shopping Experience with an AI-Powered Assistant
Agentforce for Guided Shopping helps your store’s customers find the products they need to make informed purchase decisions. The generative AI-powered agent provides personalized, real-time guidance throughout the shopping journey, from product discovery to checkout and retrieving order details.
When: Agentforce for Guided Shopping is available starting mid March 2025.
Where: This change applies to B2C Commerce and requires Service Cloud or Sales Cloud in Unlimited, Professional, or Enterprise editions.
Who: This change is available to customers with the B2C Commerce Cloud license and the Agentforce add-on.
How: Before using the agent, configure a connection between Agentforce and your B2C Commerce store.
In Account Manager, set up OCAPI and install the concierge reference cartridge. In your Salesforce org, create an OCAPI external and named credential, update the remote site settings, and create or update a permission set to grant the agent access to the credentials.
In the Quick Find box, enter Agents, select Agents, and then click New Agent. Select the Agentforce for Guided Shopping - B2C template and follow the prompts.
