Secure Your Business Manager Import Export Access

Use the new Access_Customer_and Customerlist_Impex permission to restrict access to the customers and customer list in the Business Manager Import and Export module. The new permission is a site-specific functional permission that enhances data security and compliance. Now, only authorized users can import and export data.

Why: This permission update provides better control over data import and export operations. It helps organizations maintain data integrity and follow security policies.

How: Administrators can set up the new functional permission. In Business Manage, select the apps icon | Administration | Organization | Roles | Role | Functional Permissions. Users with the assigned permission have access to the import and export buttons. Files aren't visible in the status overview on the Import and Export page.
