          • Analyze Your B2C Store Performance Using the Metrics Dashboard
Use the Metrics Dashboard to monitor your B2C Commerce storefront performance, security, and resource utilization. The dashboard improves developer productivity, reduces mean-time to resolution, and streamlines troubleshooting. The metrics that you can monitor include metrics for application performance, sales, embedded content delivery network (eCDN), B2C Commerce API (SCAPI) and SCAPI hooks, and Managed Runtime.
          • Get Better Predictability of Your Service Profile Import
Previously, when you imported a service profile with a circuit breaker turned on but no call or interval values set, the values were set to 120 calls and 20000 milliseconds by default. Now both values are set to 0 by default.
          • Simplify Product Category Assignments
Product categories are now displayed in alphabetical order, by Category ID. Previously, the order of categories varied, leading to an inconsistent experience.
          • Strategize Promotions More Efficiently with Discounts
Set the maximum number of product and order promotions and the maximum discount allowed per cart. This increased flexibility makes it easier for B2C merchants to plan promotion strategies.
          • Speed Up Catalog Data Replication
Configure your data replication processes to replicate only catalog data and exclude static content such as images. This configuration reduces replication time, especially for large catalogs.
          • Manage SVG Images More Efficiently
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files are now supported as thumbnails in Business Manager. You can quickly identify and select the desired SVG file without needing to open or preview each image individually.
          • Increase Flexibility with Relaxed Locking Rules for Inventory Import
Previously, inventory imports locked inventory globally for the duration of the import. Now, only the inventory list that’s currently being imported gets locked. The attempt to lock the inventory import has a timeout of ten seconds. After ten seconds, the import attempt is aborted if a different process locks the inventory list. This change enhances system flexibility and efficiency by minimizing locking contention when updating inventory imports and Data API concurrently.
          • Enhance Shoppers' Experience With Accurate Inventory Data for In-Store Pickup (Beta)
Display near real-time, accurate, and reliable stock information to your shoppers by managing your in-store inventory with Omnichannel Inventory. Using this inventory information, shoppers can more reliably shop online and pick up purchases in store.
          • Elevate Store Search with the Upgraded Search Engine
Improve product search, sorting, and ranking with the latest search engine. Give shoppers more control over the search experience, with enhanced security and refinement calculations.
          • Script API JSON Web Encryption (JWE)
The Script API for JSON Web Encryption (JWE) now supports both encryption and decryption operations. Previously, it only supported decryption. This enhancement enables developers to encrypt sensitive data before sending it to third-party services, improving security and expanding integration capabilities. Additionally, a new CertificateUtils API simplifies working with external certificates, including JSON Web Key (JWK) format certificates, making certificate management more straightforward.
          • Use 3rd Party IDP Logins and Social Logins with Hybrid Authentication
Hybrid Auth now supports all 3rd Party IDP logins and Social logins via PWA or SFRA when you configure SLAS as the 3rd Party IDP. This allows you to quickly and securely log in to your Hybrid storefront. This support is added for SLAS private and public clients.
          • Use Refresh Token Cookie TTL Overrides with Hybrid Authentication
Hybrid Auth now supports the ability to override refresh token cookie time to live (TTL), allowing you to control when a persistent session expires. You can configure different TTL overrides for guest shoppers and registered shoppers. When you use this feature, also apply the same refresh token cookie TTL override setting for PWA Kit.
          • B2C Commerce Intelligence JDBC Driver Now Generally Available
Access your B2C Commerce Intelligence data lakehouse directly through SQL queries with the new Commerce Intelligence JDBC Driver. This driver enables seamless connectivity to your B2C Commerce data for advanced analytics, reporting, and custom integrations to third-party Business Intelligence tools of your choice.
          • Filter Testing IP Addresses from Reports and Dashboards
Internal performance and load testing tools can contaminate the data you see in Reports and Dashboards, making it difficult to distinguish between generated traffic and actual customer behavior. You can now specify IP address ranges to filter out traffic from your internal testing tools, ensuring your analytics reflect genuine customer interactions.
