- Enhance Product Discovery in Your B2C Store (Generally Available)
Elevate your shoppers' experience by merging online and in-store experiences, connecting shoppers to your stores and boosting sales. Shoppers can now discover in-store products when searching the online store and pick-up from their preferred store location. This feature, which is now generally available, includes some changes since the pilot release. - Help Shoppers Find the Best Deals
Shoppers can now sort prices by quantity or size to find the lowest price for a product. Add Unit Quantity and Unit Measure for each product. Then with these new sorting options, shoppers can identify the most affordable products. - Manage Campaign Details More Efficiently with the New User Interface
Create and update campaigns using the new Campaigns Detail screen. The new screen includes updated default values, saving you time while you create a campaign. - Simplify Coupon Management by Sharing Coupon Codes Across Sites
Share system-generated coupon codes across multiple sites. If a customer redeems a shared code on one site, that code can't be redeemed on another site unless it’s set to be redeemed more than once. You can import and export shared coupon codes, and you can set site-specific redemption limits. - Manage A/B Tests More Efficiently with the New User Interface
Use the quick filters in the new A/B test interface to sort and manage A/B tests. Find the best- performing segments by scanning visual indicators. The new interface also includes clipboard functionality so that you can copy test results for further analysis. Test data is displayed if at least one data point is available in every test segment. - Establish Security Compliance with an Outbound Connections Allowlist
Gain greater security and control over outbound connections. The new Outbound Connections screen in Business Manager lists recently used endpoints that you can select from. You can also configure new endpoints and add them to your allowlist. Connections defined under Service credentials are automatically allowed from the B2C Commerce platform. - Identify Scalability Issues with Multi-Order Transactions
An alert now appears in Business Manager to inform you if a custom job is changing multiple orders per transaction. The alert helps you proactively identify the issue and appears hourly until you resolve the issue. Review the source code in your custom job script to make sure that the custom job only changes one order per transaction. After you resolve the issue, the alert disappears within a day. - Identify Concurrent Modification Issues During Order Export
An alert now appears in Business Manager to inform you if another process is concurrently modifying the order during the export process. The alert helps you proactively identify when processes lead to order export data being out of sync or exported twice. To minimize the risk of another process modifying orders during export, you can delay order exports. - Service Credentials Are Encrypted During Import and Export
Service credentials are now encrypted, instead of masked, during a service export when using Site Import & Export under Site Development. You can also import service credentials back if needed using the same method. Previously, service credentials were encrypted only when exported via Import & Export under Operations. - Connect More Effectively to Sandboxes
Now when you log in to sandboxes using OAuth, you don’t experience Connection Reset errors. With these errors eliminated, you can more reliably authenticate, improving your user experience. - Add Attachments to an Email Using the Script API's dw.net.Mail Class
With the new addAttachment(dw.io.File file) method, you can easily add one or more attachments to an outgoing email. Previously, this class did not provide a way to add attachments to emails.
