Help Shoppers Find Products Faster with Guided Questions
Streamline the shopping experience with intelligent, guided search options. The B2C shopping agent prompts shoppers with relevant search results and follow up questions, leading shoppers to find the right product faster. For example, if a shopper searches for running shoes, the agent displays a list of running shoes and then asks follow-up questions based on the surface type, such as trail, road, or track.
Where: This change applies to B2C Commerce and requires Service Cloud or Sales Cloud in Developer, Unlimited, and Enterprise editions with the Agenforce add-on.
How: In Salesforce, go to and select the B2C guided shopping agent. Select the B2C Commerce Product Search Assistant topic, and then add instructions to refine search results with options to the Get B2C Commerce Conversation Context Questions action.
