          • Track B2C Shopping Agent–Assisted Revenue for SFRA Storefronts
See the orders and revenue that are directly attributed to the B2C Shopping Agent on B2C Commerce Reports and Dashboards. Estimate the return on investment contributed by the agent, and make informed decisions on how to use agent capabilities. Shopping Agent data is available on the Home, Sales, Products, and Promotions tabs.
          • Launch the Shopping Agent from Two Places in Your PWA Kit Storefront
Give your customers more ways to chat with the Shopping Agent for B2C Commerce. A floating icon appears by default at the bottom of each page. You can also add an icon in the site header for agent access.
          • Gain Instance-Level Control Over On-Demand Sandbox Availability
For flexible and cost-effective sandbox management, create schedulers for individual on-demand sandboxes (ODS). Instance-level schedulers control when an on-demand sandbox instance stops and starts, so you can configure sandbox availability based on usage patterns. Individual instance schedulers override any realm-level schedulers.
          • Customize Product Lists with Saved Filters for Faster Merchandising
Accelerate product discovery and bulk updates with redesigned, metadata-driven product lists. Edit, save, and quickly switch between filter and column configurations to eliminate repetitive setup.
          • Monitor Suspicious Access to Sensitive Shopper Data
Security logs now capture the source IP address that accesses sensitive shopper data in Business Manager. Use these enhanced logs to investigate suspicious activity and validate authorized access to sensitive customer and order details.
          • Choose Which Page Designer Pages to Replicate
Replicate specific Page Designer pages instead of an entire library. Push critical content updates to production faster by running smaller, more targeted replications multiple times a day without the expense and complexity of a full data replication.
          • Component Icons Removed from Page Designer
Page Designer no longer shows component icons in the component palette, page structure panel, or the window for adding components. This change provides a cleaner, more streamlined interface.
          • Exit Business Manager Sessions Without Auto Reauthentication
You are no longer automatically logged into Account Manager or Business Manager again to reauthenticate when you end a session. Previously, accounts linked to Salesforce were automatically reauthenticated, making it difficult to exit the application if you're using unified authentication.
          • Manual Refresh Data Maps as Needed
Sync new custom attributes in Salesforce Order Management with your B2C Commerce org with the click of a button. Manually trigger a data map refresh to get instant access to new schema changes instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync.
          • Prefill Shipping and Payment Information to Streamline Checkout
In the createBasket and transferBasket endpoint of the ShopperBaskets API V2, set the new populateCustomerDetails query parameter to true to prefill a shopperʼs information during checkout. This setting invokes the new dw-order.populateCustomerDetails business hook, which populates the basket with the registered shopperʼs default or first saved address and payment information. You can also customize the business hook.
          • Validate OCAPI Version Numbers Strictly
You can now strictly validate version numbers with the Open Commerce API (OCAPI). OCAPI requests that include a version number with leading zeros, such as v024_05, are rejected. These requests return a 400 Bad Request response and an InvalidVersionException fault. Going forward, if you have a new project or a major refactoring, use the B2C Commerce API (SCAPI) instead of OCAPI.
          • View Available Meta API Versions in OCAPI Explorer
The Meta API call in the Open Commerce API (OCAPI) Explorer now returns the available Meta API versions instead of an empty JSON response. The OCAPI Meta API is accessible only through an on-demand sandbox. Going forward, if you have a new project or a major refactoring, use the B2C Commerce API (SCAPI) instead of OCAPI.
          • Find the B2C Commerce Release Notes in a New Location
The B2C Commerce Release Notes are moving into the standard Salesforce Release Notes for a unified experience.
          • Ingest B2C Commerce Domain Data into Data 360 Using Apache Iceberg
Use the Apache Iceberg File Federation connector to ingest B2C Commerce domain data—including products, orders, customer profiles, and custom attributes for products and customer profiles—into Data 360.
