Considerations for Address Autocomplete for B2B Stores
Customers checking out or entering contact information on the My Account page in a B2B
store, a D2C store, or a Pay Now site can enter text in address fields and select possible
matches from a picklist. When a customer selects a match from the picklist, their address fields
are populated automatically. Get familiar with these considerations for using address
autocomplete.
To populate address details, B2B stores use the same Google Maps Geocoding API that the Salesforce Maps and Location
Service uses. If the Geocoding API can’t map or parse an address component, autocomplete
can’t populate the address field.
