Buyers can amend, renew, or cancel their subscriptions from the subscriptions page in
the store, and view subscription history. The history for each subscription shows a detailed
timeline of all modifications made to the subscription, including amendments, renewals, and
cancelations. Republish your store after enabling the feature. Merchants can amend, renew, and
cancel a buyer's subscription by using the B2B Commerce APIs.
Buyers can view their active subscriptions on the subscriptions page, along with options to
amend, renew, or cancel each subscription. Buyers can also view the history of the
subscription, including amendment, renewal, and cancellation details. The options to amend and
cancel a subscription aren't available in the last term of a term-based subscription.
Note If the Subscription History quick action isn't available in the subscriptions page,
republish your store.
Subscription amendments, renewals, and cancellations take effect at different times, and are
distinctly represented within the history.
Amend. If a buyer amends a subscription to increase the quantity of units in the
subscription, then the amended subscription can take effect as early as the next day,
depending on the date selected by the buyer. However, if a buyer amends a subscription to
decrease the quantity of units in the subscription, then the amended subscription takes
effect on the next billing date.
Renew. When a buyer renews their subscription, the renewal takes effect on the day
after the current subscription expires.
Cancel. When a buyer cancels their subscription, the subscription is canceled on
the next billing date. You can’t refund a subscription.
