          Get Help with Product Visibility Issues with the Troubleshooting Assistant

          To troubleshoot issues with product visibility, ask the Troubleshooting Assistant for help. The Troubleshooting Assistant can help you determine whether a buyer or guest customer can see a product in the B2B store. The Troubleshooting Assistant displays the tasks required to configure a store and its products and which of those tasks have been completed.

          Required Editions

          1. In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
          2. Select Settings | Store, and then click Troubleshooting.
          3. Under Troubleshooting Assistant, select the issue that you want help with.
          4. Search for and enter the product.
          5. Search for and enter the store.
          6. If applicable, search for and enter the user you want to see the product as.
          7. Click Submit.
            The Results panel shows the product’s status and identifies tasks that aren't complete.
