Commerce Pricing
Set up pricing for your B2B store by configuring a standard and custom price book for your store and buyer groups. Highlight reduced pricing for customers by configuring a strikethrough price book. When you create a store, it's automatically assigned a default price book and a default strikethrough price book. Before you can add products to other price books, they must have an entry in the standard price book.
If you’re looking to support pricing strategies and procedures for more complex use cases, see Advanced Pricing for Commerce Powered by Revenue Cloud.

Select a price book, pricing strategy, and a custom pricing service provider. - Buyer Groups, Entitlements, and Pricing Strategies for B2B Stores
Set up buyer groups, entitlements, and price books to customize product visibility and pricing for each buyer in your store. Here are three examples of strategies you can consider for your store. - Set Up a Standard Price Book
All products in your B2B store must be included in the standard price book before you can add them to custom price books for specific stores or buyer groups. You can have only one standard price book. - Add a Product to a Custom Price Book
You can add products that are in your standard price book to a price book tailored for a specific store or buyer group. You can then manage the products in the custom price book for the audience. - Create a Buyer Group or Store Price Book for B2B Commerce Stores
To display prices to your customers, create a buyer group or store price book. You can assign a price book to buyer groups, stores, or both, but you must have at least one. When you assign a price book to a store, any customer who can access the store is eligible for prices within that price book. When you assign a price book to a buyer group, the accounts associated with that buyer group are eligible for prices within that price book. - Set Up a Pricing Strategy in a B2B Store
In a B2B store, a buyer can be a member of multiple buyer groups, or multiple price books can be associated with a buyer group or store. So it’s possible that an individual buyer can have multiple price books assigned to them. When multiple prices are available to a buyer, you can set a pricing strategy to determine which price is shown. - Set Up Lowest List Price Compliance
When you announce a promotion or price reduction, a European Union (EU) mandate requires that stores must show the lowest price for a product over the past 30 days. If the original price is displayed and is greater than the list price, the lowest list price also displays. B2B stores must show the lowest price and any price adjustments for guest users but don’t need to show it for logged-in users. For new stores, the Lowest List Price component is included on the Product Details page. For existing stores, you must add the component to the page. After this feature is enabled, you can’t disable it. - Set Up a Strikethrough Price Book to Highlight Discounts
To highlight a discount that you granted to a buyer, you can show a strikethrough price next to the negotiated price. It’s called a strikethrough price because the value is shown with a line through it. The strikethrough price is the product’s original price or manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). The strikethrough price book is automatically created with your B2B Commerce store. - Products and Price Books for D2C Stores
The D2C data import process assigns products to an entitlement policy, which is then associated with the store’s buyer group. Prices for all products are assigned to the standard price book and the store price book. - Set Up Tiered Pricing for a B2B Commerce Store
Offer your customers discounts for bulk purchases by setting up tiered pricing based on the number of items purchased.
