B2B stores created with the unified Commerce Store template share the same Commerce components in Experience Builder.
Required Editions
This table describes the options listed in the Commerce section of the Components panel unless noted otherwise. Commerce templates also include other Experience Builder components.

| Action Button | Shows a button for page level actions, such as Edit or Proceed. |
| Add Address Button | Shows a button that takes the customer to a form to add a shipping or billing address. |
| Add Payment Method | Shows a form to capture saved payment method details |
| Address Card | Shows the customer’s address. |
| Address Empty State | Shows an empty state message when a shopper has no saved addresses. |
| Address Form | Shows a form to collect shipping or billing address details. When a customer adds an address, they can choose to set it as their default. |
| Address List | Shows a customer their saved shipping and billing addresses, which they can edit or remove. |
| Applied Promotions | Shows a list of all manual and automatic promotions applied to the cart. The Applied Promotions component is a subcomponent of the Promotions component. |
| Approaching Discounts | Shows a message that alerts customers their cart is approaching a discount for a promotion. This component can be added to only the Cart and Checkout pages. |
| Banner | Shows the banner image for a product category. |
| Billing Address | Shows a form to collect a billing address at checkout. |
| Breadcrumbs | Shows a link path to the current page in your store. Choose whether to include the home page at the start of the link path, and whether to set the last item as a link to the current page. |
| Cart | Contains the cart items component and a customizable empty cart state. |
| Cart Badge | Shows a clickable icon that takes the customer to their cart. Shows the Mini Cart settings to customize a sliding mini cart preview. |
| Cart Items | Shows the contents of the cart. |
| Cart Summary | Shows the total cost and savings in the cart, including the subtotal, promotions, shipping, and tax. |
| Checkout Button | Shows a button that the customer clicks to begin the checkout process. |
| Checkout Header | Shows a simplified page header to keep customers focused on checkout. By default, this component includes the Site Logo and Cart Badge components. |
| Checkout Inventory Reservation (Deprecated) | Creates a reservation before the payment data is executed. Deprecated in Summer ‘25. If you use this component as part of an existing inventory flow set up before Summer ‘25, it still works as designed. If you remove the component from the Checkout page, you can’t re-add it. See Add the Inventory Reservation Component to the Checkout page (Deprecated). The new streamlined place order flow creates inventory reservations automatically during the Checkout process. See Streamlined Place Order. |
| Checkout Layout: Accordion | Shows an accordion layout during checkout, which contains sections that expand and collapse in a specific order. By default, this component includes other building block components. |
| Checkout Layout: One-Page | Shows a one-page layout during checkout with these sections that a customer can complete in any order.

| Checkout Notification | Shows a message for a notification or error that occurs at checkout. |
| Checkout Section | Divides checkout into sections. Add a heading and checkout components to each section. |
| Commerce Footer | Contains the components that you want to appear at the bottom of each page in your store. By default, this component includes the site logo and social links. |
| Commerce Header | Contains the components that you want to appear at the top of each page in your store. By default, this component includes the site logo, multilevel navigation menu, search input, profile menu, and cart badge. |
| Contact Information | Shows a form to collect email address and phone number details at checkout. |
| Cookie Consent | Displays in a window at runtime, not in the footer. You can preview this component in Experience Builder to see how it appears to shoppers. |
| Country Selector | Shows a list of available countries based on the store’s market configuration. The customer’s selection determines which language, currency, prices, products, and promotions are shown. |
| Coupons | Shows a coupon field. The Coupons component is a subcomponent of the Promotions component. If your store doesn’t have manual promotions, you can delete the Coupons component. |
| Currency Formatter | Formats currency for the customer’s country. |
| Dual Payment | Shows a form to collect credit card or purchase order details at checkout. The default Dual Payment component doesn't support 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. If you have Salesforce Payments, use the Salesforce Payments component instead. |
| Einstein Recommendations Component (Deprecated) | Deprecated as of Summer '26. Use the Carousel component with the Product Recommendations data source instead. See Add Recommended Products to Store Pages. |
| Email Sign Up Form | Shows a form for capturing the shopper's email address and the shopper's responses to one or more consent requests. |
| Express Checkout | Shows buttons for Express Checkout payment options. Requires Salesforce Payments. Isn’t supported with split shipping or subscriptions. Doesn’t support inventory checks. |
| Frequently Bought Together | Show customers products that are bought alongside the items that they're shopping for. Product recommendations are generated by Einstein and are based on customer interactions with the storefront. |
| Filters | Shows filters for search. |
| Gift Option | Shows a section at checkout to mark orders as a gift. Includes options for gift messages and gift wrapping. |
| Header - Center Logo | Shows a header consisting of two rows. The first row shows a centered logo, and the second row shows a navigation menu. |
| Header - Center Navigation | Shows a single-row header with a centered navigation menu. |
| Header - Search Focus | Shows a header consisting of two rows. The first row shows a centered search bar, and the second row shows a navigation menu. |
| Header - Simple | Shows a simplified single-row header. |
| Header - Split Spacing | Shows a single-row header with a spaced navigation menu. |
| List Badge | Shows a clickable icon that takes the customer to their wishlist(s). |
| Marketing Consent Settings | Shows settings that let shoppers manage marketing consent preferences. |
| Multilevel Navigation Menu | Shows a customizable menu bar for navigating up to 5 nested levels. |
| Navigation List Menu | Shows a list of pages in your store. Usually appears in the left column on desktop computers and at the top of some mobile devices. |
| No Results Layout | Shows a layout with no results on the search page. |
| Order Amount | Shows a summary of costs and savings for a previous order. All selected fields display in the currency of the order. |
| Order Confirmation Error Message | Shows a message when the order confirmation page is unavailable, with options to redirect the user to the order details page. |
| Order Confirmation Layout | Shows order confirmation details and potential error messages. |
| Order Confirmation Message | Shows an order number and confirmation message. |
| Order Content Layout | Validates if the shopper has access to the order. If they don’t have access to the order, the shopper is redirected to the Order Lookup page. |
| Order Date Filter | Shows a dropdown to filter the order last based on time. |
| Order Details | Shows details about a previous order. By default, includes the date, account, order name, and status. |
| Order Delivery Group | Shows the details of an order delivery group including recipient address, shipping costs, and order details. |
| Order Line Item | Shows a product associated with an order summary. |
| Order List | Shows a list of previous orders. Customers can filter, sort, and reorder items. To change the data displayed when a buyer switches to an external account, see Allow Buyers Access to External Accounts for B2B Stores. |
| Order Lookup | Shows a form where guest users enter their information to access their order details. Can be used only when guest access in your store is enabled. |
| Order Summary | Shows an order summary with order number, status, total cost, and date and time of order. |
| Order Summary Products | Shows a list of the products that are included in an order summary, grouped by delivery group. |
| Order Summary Promotions | Shows all promotions applied to a previous order. |
| Payment | Shows a form to collect payment details at checkout. If you have Salesforce Payments, use the Salesforce Payments component instead. |
| Payment Processing | Shows a payment processing message when customers are redirected from a third-party site back to your store. Requires Salesforce Payments. |

| Place Order Button | Shows a button that completes the checkout process. |
| Product Attachments | Shows a list of links to files that are related to your products, such as a specification sheet or user guide. You specify the files to list on the product’s Media tab in the Product Workspace. |
| Product Bundle | Shows an expandable section to display a product bundle's child products. |
| Product Card | Shows product details and an optional quick view button. |
| Product Detail Headings | Shows a header with the name of the product, the SKU, and other product fields added from the builder properties. |
| Product Detail Purchase Options | Shows the Add to Cart button and quantity selector. |
| Product Details (Tabular) | Shows the product name and information in a table format. |
| Product Media Gallery | Shows one or more images of a product. You can select the direction of the carousel images. Supports up to three images. |
| Product Pricing Details | Shows discounted and promotional pricing details on the Product Detail page. |
| Product Pricing Information | Shows pricing and promotion information based on the store’s price book. |
| Product Set | Shows the products in a product set. |
| Product Variations | Shows the variation selector dropdown, swatch, or pill to select a variation of the parent product. |
| Products Ordered | Shows a lsit of products ordered, each item price, and an order subtotal. |
| Profile Details | Shows the customer’s name, email address, phone number, and an option to change the password on their profile page. |
| Profile Menu | Shows a menu with options for registered users. |
| Promotions | Shows a coupon field and the applied promotions. Contains the Coupons component and Applied Promotions component. |
| Purchase Order | Shows a field to collect a purchase order number at checkout. Only registered customers can generate a purchase order. |
| Purchased Products | Shows a lsit of products purchased by the customer. |
| Quick Order | Shows a simple form for customers to enter SKUs to add products to their cart. |
| Reorder Button | Shows a button that lets customers start a new order based on a previous order. |
| Results | Shows products on results pages. Only customers who are entitled to access the associated products can view them in search results. The Results component only supports up to 4 product fields. |
| Results Layout | Contains components on results pages. For example, you can configure the Filters, Sort Menu, and Results components within the Results Layout component. |
| Salesforce Payments | Shows a form to collect payment details using Salesforce Payments at checkout. This component requires Salesforce Payments. If you have another payment provider, use the Dual Payment or Payment component instead. See Salesforce Payments. |
| Saved Payment Methods | Shows a customer’s saved payment methods to use at checkout. |
| Search Input | Shows text terms and product image suggestions from the content of your store's catalog that match your customer's search activity. To show product suggestions from that category, enter its category ID. If you don’t specify a category, the search results show products from the entire catalog. See Create Product Categories and Subcategories in a B2B Commerce Store. |
| Self-Registration | Shows a form that lets customers register for your store when self-registration is enabled. See Configure Self-Registration for a B2B Store. |
| Shipment Tracking | Shows the status progress using a customizable tracker that can show up to 5 tracking statuses. |
| Shipping Address | Shows a form to collect a shipping address at checkout. Registered customers can use saved addresses. |
| Shipping Details | Shows the shipping details of an order. |
| Shipping Instructions | Shows a text field for shipping instructions at checkout. |
| Shipping Method | Shows radio buttons for shipping options at checkout. Shipping method options are pulled from shipping integration settings. |
| Social Links | Shows a list of links to social media sites. |
| Sort Menu | Shows a dropdown that the customer can use to sort search results. |
| Split Shipment Layout | Shows the split shipment layout at checkout including the split shipping header, split shipping cart items, and cart summary. |
| Split Shipping Cart Item | Shows a list of cart items and their shipment details. Requires enabling Split Shipping. |
| Split Shipping Header | Shows a header to save or cancel a split shipment. Requires enabling Split Shipping. |
| Sticky Container | Contains the components that you want to remain on-screen during mobile scrolling. |
| Subscriptions | Shows options to select subscription pricing. |
| Subscription Policy | Shows a subscription policy disclaimer. This component shows only if a subscription is in the cart. |
| Tiered Discounts | Shows tiered discounts for a product, if available. See Set Up Price Tiering. |
| Top Sellers | Shows products in a category that you specify. Enter the ID of the category to display. If you don’t specify a top sellers category, the header text doesn’t display on the page. |
| Wishlist | Shows all the products in a customer’s wishlist. |
| User Registration | Shows a form to let users create an account and use passwordless login at checkout. |
