Add a B2B Store to an Existing Experience Cloud Site

Add a B2B Store to an Existing Experience Cloud Site

Reuse your Exprerience Cloud site’s domain, settings, branding, and styling to maintain a consistent look and feel. The site template, pages, components, and navigation stay the same. After you add the store, you can design your commerce experience using your commerce pages and components.

          Required Editions

You can add a B2B store to an existing site using these templates. You can’t add a store to a custom template.

          1. Click Setup icon at the top of the page, and then select Setup.
          2. In the Quick Find box, enter and select Stores.
          3. Click Create a Store on Existing Site.
          4. Create a B2B store.
Your options depend on which licenses you have.
          5. Enter a name for your store, and click Next.
            When naming your store:
            • Don’t include an apostrophe in the store name.
            • If you’re creating more than one store, differentiate the beginning of each store name by business unit, region, and so on.
            • Keep it short. Names are truncated in the global header dropdown menu. Users can see up to 32 characters.
          6. Select the site where you want to create the store.
If a site already has a store, it’s not included in the list.
          7. Click Create Store.
When you add a store to an existing site, the store defaults for buyer group, catalog, category, price book, and entitlement policy aren’t created for you.
          8. From the new store’s home page, click the Experience Builder tile.
          9. (Optional) Add the standard commerce pages that you want to use in your storefront.
