User Interface
B2B Commerce is available only in Lightning Experience.
Editions
B2B is available in these Salesforce editions:
- Enterprise Edition
- Unlimited Edition
- Developer Edition
Commerce can be used by organizations of varied sizes and requirements, packaged with Commerce Growth or Advanced editions. This table lists the editions available for B2B Commerce.

Add-Ons
Round out your B2B implementation with add-ons. Some features require add-ons.
For example:
- Agentforce Guided Shopping Agent: Provides AI capabilities. Available in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with an Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Platform, or Einstein for Service add-on.
- Einstein Generative AI: Generates insights from records. Available in the Unlimited Edition with Commerce Einstein and the Einstein Generative AI for Commerce add-on. Einstein is available in Lightning Experience.
- Marketing Consents for Commerce: Sends your store customers a promotional email that includes a coupon code for a percentage off a product. Marketing consents for B2B Commerce requires the CommerceMessagingAddOn license, which is packaged with Commerce Growth or Advanced editions.
- Commerce Subscriptions: Provides access to sell digital subscription products. Available in B2B Commerce and Revenue Cloud where Salesforce Pricing is enabled. Commerce Subscriptions and advanced pricing features are included in orgs with either a Commerce Growth license or a Commerce Advanced license, along with a Revenue Cloud Advanced license.
To see the licenses in your org, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select Company Information. Look at the User Licenses and Permission Set Licenses related lists. To add licenses, contact your Salesforce account executive.
