Which Salesforce Commerce Product Do I Have?
To access Experience Builder from the Commerce App, click Website Design in the navigation sidebar, and then click Experience Builder. This section includes information specific to using Experience Builder to design B2B stores. For complete information about using Experience Builder, go to Customize Sites with Experience Builder.
- Add Trusted Sites for Scripts for a B2B Commerce Store
If you require your store to access a script on an external host, in Experience Builder, add the external host as a trusted site. - Assign a Page Layout for a Custom Store Header or Footer
B2B stores created with the LWR template include responsive header and footer components. Alternatively, a developer can build a custom header or footer. For each page where you want to use a custom header or footer, assign the commerce custom layout using Experience Builder. - Update the My Account Theme Layout for a Commerce Store
The My Account theme layout provides persistent navigation on the left side of the page with page content appearing on the right. You can link to existing pages or create custom pages and add links to the layout’s navigation menu. When you add navigation links to the menu, they appear on all pages that use the My Account layout. - Configure Default Store Navigation
Use Experience Builder to set up the default navigation of your B2B store to use product categories. Customers use the categories to navigate the store. - Create a Footer Link List Menu in a B2B Commerce Store
By default, the Link List component is located in the footer of each page in your store. In Experience Builder, you can edit this component to link to pages that describe your company, your privacy policy, your return procedure, or other important information. - Enable Product Cards on Search and Category Pages in a B2B Commerce Store
The Results Grid component and the Product Card component enable product cards to display on the product list page. If you’re creating a store after the Summer ‘24 release, the Results Grid component is configured by default. For stores created before Summer ‘24, you must use Experience Builder to add the component and configure it. - Format the Display of Product Cards on Search Pages in a B2B Commerce Store
In Experience Builder, you can change the number of product card columns and the spacing between cards on the product list page. You can also configure your search results or product listing page to show products spanning multiple pages by either page numbers or the Load More button. - Design the Cart Page in a B2B Commerce Store
The Cart page is where customers can review their order before checking out in a B2B store. In Experience Builder, you can customize the page to show line item details, total costs, and savings. You can also style the checkout button and add a field for customers to enter coupon codes. - Enable Cart Preview and Checkout from the Cart Icon in a Commerce Store
Let customers go to the Cart page, preview their cart, or complete their purchase on any page in your B2B store by including a mini cart display. In Experience Builder, customize the Cart Badge component to add these features. - Enable Customers to Add Products to Their Cart from Search Results
When customers search for products in your store, let them add the product to their cart directly from the search results page. - Customize the Profile Menu in a B2B Commerce Store
In Experience Builder, you can define how you want your user profile menu to appear, including using company names and logos. - Create a Buyer Manager Profile Menu for B2B Stores
You might not want buyers to have access to the same user profile menu items as your buyer managers. In Experience Builder, you can create a separate user profile menu for buyer managers and edit the default profile to apply just to buyers. - Customize the Address Form Page in a Commerce Store
As an admin, you can customize a store’s Address Form page for B2B stores using Experience Builder. - Customize the Address List Page in a Commerce Store
As an admin, you can customize a store’s Address List page for B2B stores. - Website Design for the Checkout Page in a B2B Commerce Store
The Checkout page is where customers enter their shipping and payment information to complete their order. Customize the Checkout page in Experience Builder to work with the shipping and payment services that are selected in your store settings. - Use Real Data to Customize the Order Summary Pages in B2B Commerce Aura
If you have a B2B store created with the Aura template, you can customize a store’s order page or list of orders more effectively if you see real data in Experience Builder. - Commerce Knowledge Articles
Create knowledge articles with answers to common questions and concerns that shoppers or buyers tend to ask. Your customer service representatives can share these knowledge articles directly with customers. You can also work with your developer to embed the knowledge articles in your store.
