          B2B Integrator Permissions

          Salesforce provides several system permissions that enable users to integrate their B2B and D2C stores with third-party applications.

          Required Editions

          The B2B Integrator and Commerce Entitlements Integrator permissions are disabled by default for all users. A Salesforce admin can enable these permissions for specific users by cloning the Commerce Admin permission set and then modifying it.

          System Permission Description Included in These Permission Sets
          B2B Integrator Process integrations and export and import orders from external order management systems.
          • Commerce Admin (disabled by default)
          Commerce Entitlements Integrator Receive “Modify All Records” permissions for Buyer Group, Buyer Group Member, Entitlement Buyer Group, Entitlement Policy, and Entitlement Product objects to integrate entitlement data from a third-party system.
          • Commerce Admin (disabled by default)
          Commerce Shipment Integrator Access shipment information. A user’s access to order summaries controls the user’s access to shipments.
          • Merchandiser (enabled by default)
