          Salesforce B2B Commerce

          Quickly create a customer-friendly B2B store. Take advantage of the store templates to create and customize your store with Experience Builder. Use standard Lightning functionality to set up checkout and payment and configure store settings. Define customer experiences, including search, carts, and checkouts. Import commerce data for accounts, products, price books, and entitlements using a CSV file.

          Salesforce Mobile App

          The Salesforce mobile app is designed for easy data access on the go. You can view Salesforce D2C Commerce record pages on the mobile app, but you can’t access the Experience Builder tool.

          Supported Editions

          B2B Commerce is supported on Developer, Unlimited, and Enterprise editions.

            Import data, including products, product variations, and images, by uploading a CSV file. Perform other tasks while the import runs asynchronously. You can import up to 10,000 products with nine images each per session, though import times may increase with more images. We recommend using the CSV file import process, but for large imports, use Data Loader. You can also export data for up to 300,000 products to a CSV file.

            Specify which profiles and permission sets can access a store. Create buyer accounts and assign them to buyer groups, or set up self-registration so that customers can create an account and log in on their own. You can also enable guest browsing to allow unauthenticated users to browse the store.

            After you create your B2B store, you can set up your products and pricing.
          • Checkout Solutions for a B2B Commerce Store
            Add checkout functionality, including payment, tax, and shipping services, to your B2B store. If you have a D2C store, you can choose either managed checkout or custom checkout. If you have a B2B store, you can only use custom checkout. Managed checkout integrates Salesforce merchant services and automatic updates for your store’s checkout UI. With customized checkout, you use third-party providers and can customize your store’s checkout UI.
