          Configurable Products and Bundles for B2B Stores

          Offer configurable products and bundles so that buyers can customize their purchase to their exact specifications. The total price of the product or bundle updates dynamically based on the buyer’s selections.

          • Configurable Products: Buyers can customize a product by using dynamic attributes. For example, for a custom industrial cable, they specify length, gauge, and coating.
          • Configurable Bundles: Buyers build a custom package by choosing from required and optional items in a bundle. For example, a Work From Home Kit can include a mandatory chair with optional add-ons such as a standing desk or monitor. As buyers select items, the bundle price updates in real time.

          To offer configurable products or bundles in your B2B store, first set up the product configurator. For configurable products, configure dynamic attributes for the products in Revenue Cloud. For configurable bundles, create the configurable bundles in Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud.

          Note Use only simple products to create configurable bundles in B2B Commerce. Don't add subscription products, bundles, product variation parents, or product sets.

          • Create Configurable Products with Dynamic Attributes in a B2B Store
            Create products that buyers can customize based on specific attributes, such as size, color, material, or technical specifications. Unlike product variations, dynamic attributes update pricing dynamically as buyers make their selections without requiring separate SKUs for every combination.
