            Enhance Product Descriptions with Einstein

            Generate product descriptions using Einstein Generative AI. Einstein uses your instructions to generate revised product descriptions for the selected product in your B2B or D2C store. Product descriptions support instructions in English only. You can generate descriptions in all languages in your B2B store. Then review the generated description and accept or reject the changes. You need the Einstein Generative AI license to use Einstein Generative AI. Any user can generate product descriptions with Einstein, but only the Salesforce admin can accept or reject recommendations. Contact your account executive for more information.

            Note This tool uses generative AI, which is known to include inaccurate or harmful responses. Before using externally, review the output for accuracy and safety. You assume responsibility for the output when making business decisions.
            1. Turn on Einstein generative AI in Setup.
            2. In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
            3. Select Merchandising | Products, and then select a product.
            4. To add the Einstein Generative AI Recommendation panel:
              1. Click Setup at the top of the page, and then select Edit Page.
              2. Search for the Einstein Generative AI Recommendation component and drag it to the right side of the page.
              3. Activate and save your changes.
              On the Product record page, the current product description is provided in the Current field of the Einstein Generative AI Recommendation panel.
            5. Add a product description if one is missing. 
              Default sample text appears.
            6. From the Instructions field, add instructions or descriptive information. For example, target a specific audience or provide additional details on the product and its benefits (English only). 
              To change the default instruction text, from the Setup icon, select Edit Page and enter a new default instruction for the Einstein GPT Recommendations component.
            7. Select Translate to all languages if data translations are set up for your organization.
            8. To view the newly crafted product description in the Recommendation field, click Create. You can edit the text, accept it, or click Create to get a new suggestion.
            9. To save the generated recommendation, click Apply.
              When you return to the Product Workspace, the product contains the newly accepted description.

            This change applies to Lightning Experience in the Unlimited Edition with Commerce Einstein and the Einstein Generative AI for Commerce add-on. Einstein is available in Lightning Experience.

            Einstein Generative AI for Commerce charges only for the activity you use. Learn how Commerce tracks your usage against your subscription allowance. For each Einstein feature, credit usage depends on the size of the request and the response from Einstein.

            For Einstein product fields:

            • The request size and response depends on the character length of the product field
            • A request is sent for each selected product record
