          Product Readiness

          Improve your customers’ shopping experience with a comprehensive, consistent level of detail for all products on your B2B storefront. Use Product Readiness to find any products that are missing important elements that can make the product difficult for a customer to understand and purchase. Ensure that all the products in a catalog are storefront ready before you set the catalog to live.

          Which Salesforce Commerce Product Do I Have?

          When you run readiness on a catalog, all the products in that catalog are compared to a set of default rules, which act as criteria for ready products.

          • At least one list image
          • At least one detail image
          • A description
          • A SKU
          • At least one category

          Product Readiness can also recommend categories for your products. To see these recommendations in the Product Readiness details, enable Category Recommendations when configuring Product Readiness.

          These rules are part of the default rule set that we provide. You can’t add, remove, or edit rules in the default rule set. To change the criteria for readiness, create a custom set of rules to use instead.
