          Disable Shipping for a B2B Store

          If you’re using managed checkout or native Salesforce shipping for custom checkout, you can turn off shipping for stores that don’t ship physical products. Turn off shipping for stores offering digital goods, service subscriptions, or in-store pickups.

          Required Editions

          1. In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
          2. Select Settings | Checkout.
          3. Disable shipping.
            • If you’re using managed checkout, under Shipping, turn off Shipping Enabled.
            • If you’re using custom checkout, go to the Shipping tab and turn off Shipping Enabled.
